Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN
Facility: LTC/SNF
Location:
Portland, OR 97218
Term: contract 8-13 weeks’ Shift: 8 hrs. (Days) - (Five Days in a week that includes EOW) Pay rate: $1920/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week
Guaranteed hrs. 40hrs/week
Start: ASAP

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1
-2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred. - Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
