Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage hematology/oncology patients in clinic and infusion suite
  • Respond to patient lab results, manage in-basket messages, and triage calls with nurse navigator
  • Collaborate with oncologist and multidisciplinary team including infusion nurses, dietitian, social worker, and palliative care specialists
  • Work independently when oncologist is not on-site
  • Maintain patient care coordination and documentation using Epic EMR
