Avamere Crestview of Portland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts. The role includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care, and assisting residents with daily activities under RN supervision.
Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, nursing degree, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior long-term care or geriatric rehab experience is preferred. EMR documentation experience is a plus.
