Requirements:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent:
  Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
  Required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• Current BLS certification
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment
• EPIC experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Perform vital sign checks and report findings to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with patient mobility and positioning.
• Support patients with nutrition and hydration needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate patient concerns and status to nursing staff.
