In this Stepdown travel nursing job, you will provide progressive care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.

• Manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring
• Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
• Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned

• 2+ years of recent Stepdown experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Oregon and national regulatory bodies.

Single-state license required. Oregon is not a Nurse Licensure Compact state, so you'll need a state-specific license. Our licensing team handles endorsement and renewals for you.
