Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse in the MS TELE specialty is being sought for a travel assignment in a short-term acute care facility. The role involves providing patient care across medical-surgical units with remote telemetry monitoring, requiring experience with EPIC and peripheral intravenous procedures.

• Education and Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with 3 years of total experience preferred
• Location Requirements:
  Valid state license; compact license accepted
• Schedule:
  
  Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Responsibilities include managing patient care with a focus on telemetry interpretation and recognition, accessing/managing ports, administering chemotherapy, managing Bariatric surgery patients, and handling various procedures such as blood product administration, wound care, and the management of medical devices like PICC lines and central lines.
• Experience with charting in EPIC is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with float assignments to other units as needed.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Travel experience is required.
• Candidates will be expected to work scheduled weekends and holidays per contract requirements.
• References:
  Two references covering at least one year within the past three years are required, including charge or lead nurses if possible.
• Candidates must include responses regarding previous employment at Providence facilities, including locations and dates.
