Sterile Processing Technician

This position does not require on-call duty. Weekends are not required. Block scheduling is required. Experience with surgical instrumentation is preferred. Candidates should have experience in high-level disinfection and sterilization processes. Knowledge of case cart management and wrapping procedures is essential. Skills in using washers and sterilizers are needed. The candidate will handle a variety of surgical instruments across multiple specialties.

Experience with robotic systems is strongly preferred. Candidates will be required to organize and document equipment appropriately. Effective communication skills are necessary for interdisciplinary collaboration. Teamwork and flexibility are essential for this role. Adherence to safety and infection control procedures is mandatory. Candidates should be familiar with the hospital's charting system. The role will involve preparing and sterilizing instruments for surgical procedures.

Attention to detail and precision in work are critical. Each candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
