- Start Date: Immediate / as soon as credentialed
- Duration: Permanent
- Shift: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts (days/nights)
- Hours/week: 36-40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licensing: Willing to obtain Oregon OR license;
Neonatal PA fellowship or residency completed - Experience: 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency in Neonatal ICU
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Manage high-risk neonatal and infant patients in a Level III NICU
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans
- Attend deliveries and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support teams to deliver family-centered, high-value care
- Exercise autonomy of practice within hospital protocols
- Support high patient volume, including working in busy delivery settings
- Work at both Providence St. Vincent and Providence Portland Medical Centers, with flexible shifts that suit your schedule
- Valid Oregon medical or nursing license (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency in Neonatology
- Willing to obtain Oregon OR license if applicable
- Experience with neonatal patient management, procedures, and delivery room support
- Strong collaborative and critical thinking skills
