Role & Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from ICU in a hospital setting. Manage patients with complex medical and surgical needs that require close monitoring but do not need intensive care. Ensure quality patient care, safety, and proper documentation during shifts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid RN license, BLS certification, and proficiency in PCU skills. Knowledge of pharmacology and ability to handle complex medical cases are essential. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are required to deliver effective patient care.
Key Duties:
Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. Perform thorough assessments and respond promptly to patient needs during night shifts.
Requirements for Onboarding: BLS, Core Mandatory Exams (Nursing and Parts I-III), PCU skills, RN Pharmacology A, and valid state license.
