About This Role

The RN participates with the Health Care Team in delivering quality health care to patients, reflecting Kaiser Permanente's mission and values. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to a team environment and patient care.

• Pay: $53 - $79/hour
• Location: Portland, OR
• Facility: South Interstate Medical Offices
• Schedule: Call-in/On-Call, Day shift

• Assess, plan, direct, provide, and evaluate nursing care for patients during the inter-operative phase.
• Monitor and take corrective action to prevent recurring absences.
• Comply with shift, unit, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in clinic and nursing Quality Assurance Programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and organizational records (HIPAA Standards).
• Utilise assessment data when instituting a plan of care.
• Organise nursing activities efficiently in both circulating and scrub roles.
• Evaluate and document patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety in the use of all equipment as per manufacturer instructions.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
• 2 years of experience circulating in inpatient or ambulatory surgery setting within the past 5 years.

• Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
