• High School Education/GED or equivalent:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
  Required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in field

• Provides personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Takes vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
• Reports patient status and concerns to the registered nurse.
• Performs clerical duties as needed.
• Maintains a smooth workflow on the unit using organizational skills.
