American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active Oregon RN license and Epic EMR experience.
Details- Works in the Emergency Department of an acute care medical center
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
- Shift hours run from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active Oregon RN license required
- BLS certification from an approved vendor required
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- PALS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervises and directs various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
- Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care priorities
- Develops and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes, and promotes a safe healing environment
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver humane and caring treatment
- Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members
- Required to complete all applicable vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available
