American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift acute care position requiring EPIC EMR experience.
Details- Acute Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Delivers coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of patients following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines
- Collects and analyzes patient data to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote a safe and healing environment
- Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning
- Delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members
