Responsibilities:Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data; administer medications and treatments; assist with cardiac procedures; observe patient responses; respond to emergencies; document assessments; educate patients on cardiac health; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; ensure safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills:One year of recent Stepdown RN experience; valid RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications; critical thinking; excellent communication; physical ability to assist with equipment; ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams.
Key Duties:Provide patient-centered care, interpret telemetry data, manage complex needs, and adhere to safety protocols.
