Position Overview And ScheduleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Bridgetown team. This vital role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate client care. CSRs are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience during what can be stressful or emotional visits.
Essential Responsibilities- Assisting clients with basic questions regarding their pet’s care
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Gathering, securing, and updating medical records, including uploading imaging and lab work
- Preparing all records needed prior to appointments
- Collecting and processing payments in person, over the phone, and online
- Assisting with client discharge
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, lobby, and front desk areas
- Example:
Triage and assess cases, perform diagnostic tests, administer treatments, maintain accurate medical records, provide client education.
- General understanding of veterinary medicine

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

- Basic computer and scheduling skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $20-$24 + shift differential at 10:00pm
