Description
Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 40 locations nationwide and more than 90 doctors supporting the ADG medical team. They strive to lead in clinical practice, research and education in the field. In addition to providing advanced, dermatology‑specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in their geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials.
ADG also hosts the largest dermatology residency program approved by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology to train the next generation of dermatologists.
Animal Dermatology Clinic – Portland is seeking a Part‑time Receptionist

Duties
- Client service
- Answer phone calls
- Take accurate messages and book appointments
- Maintain charts and computer records
- Pharmacy and retail sales
- Marketing implementation
- Maintenance/housekeeping
- Financial responsibilities
Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have experience working in the public (e.g., restaurant, retail or service business)
- Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
- Dependable attendance is required
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8‑hour day
- No weekends

Salary: $19 – $26 per hour depending on experience.
