Performs routine inspection of electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical materials, components, and sub‑assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products.
• Use precision measuring tools and lab equipment to verify dimensions and performance.

• Maintain Lot History Records (LHR), batch records, and inspection logs per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure compliance with FDA and quality regulations.

• Identify and report defects.
• Initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and support investigations.

• Monitor adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Work cross‑functionally with production and engineering teams to support quality and compliance initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in SAP, POMS, or LIMS
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
