Supplier Quality Management Analyst III
Our client, an automotive company, is looking for a Supplier Quality Management Analyst III for their Portland, OR/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and develop suppliers to ensure successful product launches and stable production.
- Lead APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Assess supplier capabilities, capacity constraints, and operational risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supplier audits, SAT reviews, and long-term supplier development strategies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve performance issues and support business objectives.
- Monitor supplier compliance with client standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide supplier performance reporting, facilitate improvement workshops, and support organizational knowledge development through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:

- Project Management & Process Optimization
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Supply chain
- 5-7 years experience required.
