We re looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer III to drive supplier quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement across a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you ll partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, capacity, and operational requirements while supporting successful product launches and ongoing production.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Lead supplier quality initiatives to support new product launches and production readiness
  • Manage APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and operational risks while implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct supplier audits, SAT reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues
  • Monitor supplier compliance with company standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop supplier performance metrics, facilitate improvement workshops, and support supplier development through coaching and mentoring
What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, supplier development, and supplier quality management
  • Experience with quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.3
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
