Grind and blend defect areas on castings to blueprint tolerances;
Review x-ray/inspection paperwork and determine grinding requirements;
Verify dimensional compliance using micrometers, calipers, ultrasonic testing and similar inspection devices;
Perform fluorescent penetrant inspection tests to verify removal of surface and subsurface defects;
Provide work direction and training to junior-level grinders as assigned
