Real Estate Intern

We're seeking a Real Estate Intern to support our investment consulting team through market research, data analysis, and portfolio evaluation.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to institutional real estate and the opportunity to contribute to client reporting and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

* Research real estate markets, sectors, and economic trends

* Assist with performance analysis and portfolio reporting

* Support due diligence on real estate funds and managers

* Prepare data summaries, presentations, and client materials

* Maintain internal databases and research files

Position Requirements :

* Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field

* Strong analytical and Excel skills

* Clear communication and attention to detail

* Interest in real estate markets and investment strategy

* PowerPoint and data‑tool experience a plus
