Lipovectra is seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to lead nonclinical strategy for its mRNA-LNP platform across the full development lifecycle. You will partner with Discovery and Formulation teams, supervise GLP studies in minipigs and specialized mouse models, and drive regulatory readiness for IND-enabling packages.
Strong leadership, CRO oversight, and deep knowledge of toxicity endpoints are required, with a focus on translational data and safety margins.
