Basic Qualifications
  • Motivated to learn, with above-basic kitchen skills, a hard working attitude, and a desire to exceed your own expectations.
  • Pizza experience, & scratch cooking experience both desired, but not required.
  • Room to grow, advance and make more dough.
Responsibility Overview

Line Cook / Sous Chef is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen, as directed by our Chef, and general management.

Job includes cold & hot prep, operating a cooktop, flat top, pizza oven, deep fryers etc...

Line Cook / Sous Chef is expected to read and follow all recipes correctly and in a reasonable timeframe and to properly prepare all menu items as ordered - working collaboratively and efficiently with other members of the kitchen crew and front of house crew.
