Taco Bell - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate staffing levels for all days and day parts, to meet scheduling requirements;
Prepare and conduct crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals;
Control cost categories including food cost, labor cost, cash and controllable expenses to company guidelines and budgeted levels;
Maintain the restaurant cleanliness and organization, following all food service sanitation guidelines and regulations; ensure guest service quality and handle guest complaints;
Coach and develop team to expected certification and performance levels; provide timely feedback to area coach and manage turnover
