As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you’ll have a mixture of cooking and cleaning duties, depending on the specific needs of the day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items for breakfast buffet, restaurant and banquets
• Setting up and stocking workstations with ingredients and equipment
• Regularly disinfecting all food and beverage work spaces
• Washing and organizing dishes, pots, utensils, and cookware
• Sanitizing kitchen equipment, storage areas, walk-ins, ovens, and dry storage
• Assisting with food prep, event setup, and breakdown
• Supporting the team with any other tasks needed to keep operations running smoothly, with a positive, can-do attitude

• Experience: Previous Line-Cook experience required
• Certification: Valid Food Handlers Certification required
• Serv Safe and OLCC certifications a plus

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to exceed expectations
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
