- Lead all large‑scale food production operations in the CSC
- Ensure recipe accuracy, flavor consistency, and high standards of quality
- Oversee menu development, recipe testing, and presentations
- Forecast food usage, manage inventory, and maintain budget control
- Manage and train culinary staff; establish training plans for all kitchen roles
- Conduct taste checks, quality audits, and HACCP compliance reviews
- Lead corrective actions for customer complaints or quality deviations
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety standards
- Partner with design chefs and stay on top of global food trends
- Ensure proper organization, staffing, and workflow in a busy commercial kitchen
- 5–7+ years experience in commercial or high‑volume cooking
- 2+ years in a kitchen management or Executive Chef role
- Catering, banquet, hotel, airline, or institutional cooking experience required
- Culinary school certification or apprenticeship preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Experience managing food cost, labor cost, and kitchen budgets
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate large kitchen teams
