What You’ll Do
  • Lead all large‑scale food production operations in the CSC
  • Ensure recipe accuracy, flavor consistency, and high standards of quality
  • Oversee menu development, recipe testing, and presentations
  • Forecast food usage, manage inventory, and maintain budget control
  • Manage and train culinary staff; establish training plans for all kitchen roles
  • Conduct taste checks, quality audits, and HACCP compliance reviews
  • Lead corrective actions for customer complaints or quality deviations
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety standards
  • Partner with design chefs and stay on top of global food trends
  • Ensure proper organization, staffing, and workflow in a busy commercial kitchen
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7+ years experience in commercial or high‑volume cooking
  • 2+ years in a kitchen management or Executive Chef role
  • Catering, banquet, hotel, airline, or institutional cooking experience required
  • Culinary school certification or apprenticeship preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Experience managing food cost, labor cost, and kitchen budgets
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate large kitchen teams
