the dietary aideposition ensures the sanitary conditions of the cooking and dining areas. This position helps to assemble meal trays and assists in preparation and serving ofmeals to our residents.

• take down dining areasand collect plates, glasses, etc.
• assist cook in preparing meals
• responsible fordeliving meals to resident rooms or tables and setting up meal trays in accordance with dietary orders and tray cards.
• cleans utensils, dishes,and pots and pans by operating the dishwasher or proper handwashing processes
• partners with dietary staff to ensure equipment is working properly and at the appropriate temperature.
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• perform other duties as assigned or needed
