Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing food to be served to guests in the venue's Premium locations such as restaurants, suites, and catered events for guest satisfaction;
Follow recipes to prepare and cook Premium menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment;
May have direct contact with guests working at Chef's Tables slicing meats or preparing dishes to order;
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations;
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and restaurants in compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
