- Recommended 1 year of experience in a high volume atmosphere with an ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. We are very much a team, so strong communication skills during peak times is a valued skill as well.

We re known for artisan breads, classic pastries, and scratch-made meals, and we re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in quality, consistency, and great guest experiences.

Work Environment: FOH/Office
General managers operate in bakery, caf , or restaurant settings, overseeing operations, staff, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include supervising employees, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
