We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook with a positive attitude who prefers to keep busy, is able to use their own initiative, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Here are a few things you can expect as a Prep Cook at SSP America:
Responsibilities- Follow the recipes, check the portions of the recipes, the garnishes and present the dishes ordered.
- Ensure the kitchen/work station is correctly set up at each shift, including placing orders, storing, and stocking all fresh, dry, and frozen goods, condiments, and supplies.
- Handle, store and rotate stored products properly.
- Prepare and assemble multiple portions of food items in batches.
- Complete the control sheets for opening, in progress and closing if requested.
- Put all utensils used during the shift in their places, and clean and tidy up the work place as well as the storage areas.
- Practice general and specific cleaning using the appropriate products as indicated by the manager in order to meet hygiene standards.
