Mobile Associate, Retail Sales

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:

Becomes skilled with digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate:

• How our coverage stacks up in the customer's neighborhood, providing a lightning-fast LTE network.
• Why T-Mobile plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
• Uses information between customers, learning about innovations, and establishing relationships with team members across channels.

Partners with T-Mobile employees to:

• Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.

• High School Diploma/GED Req

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred. Req

• Passionate customer advocate, able to connect and have fun while doing it. Req
• Competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment. Req
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and store leaders. Req
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. Req

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
