Assist the Department Manager in organizing work, staffing, training and scheduling associates;
Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents and questions in a prompt, tactful and professional manner;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) to manage ordering quantities and inventory in the Department Manager's absence;
Perform and direct others in pricing and displaying of merchandise, including signage and space allocation;
