Salary Range: $15.95 - $17.50 hourly (Full-time & Part-time)
Hourly + Sales Bonuses
Work Location:
In person
- Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Promote additional services, new products/promotion, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
- Educate guests on our exclusive product line
- Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
- Strong sales and guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Paid Time Off (PTO):
Accruals are based on role classification and years of service - Oregon Sick Leave (OSL):
Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked - Paid Leave Oregon (PLO):
