We’re expanding our Parts Department and looking for an additional Parts Counter Salesperson to join our fast‐paced, customer‐focused team. Job Responsibilities
**** Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter and over the phone
* Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts
* Utilize electronic parts catalogs to source OEM components
* Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranty claims
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely workflow
* Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
* Be open to cross-training in additional areas of the department, including exposure to body shop and collision parts operations to support overall team success

**** Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually

*** Parts Counter Sales Qualifications
**** Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
* Familiarity with OEM parts lookup systems and electronic catalogs
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
* Willingness to learn and cross-train in additional areas of the department, including body shop and collision parts operations
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
