Role Description

As a Keyholder at UNTUCKit, you will support daily store operations and act as a leader on the sales floor in our Portland, OR location. This is a part-time, on-site role responsible for opening and closing the store, securing the premises, and following cash-handling and operational procedures. You will engage customers, deliver a welcoming in-store experience, and support styling and fit guidance to help shoppers find products that suit their needs.

Daily tasks include driving sales, maintaining visual standards, restocking and organizing merchandise, and assisting with inventory and loss prevention. You will also help train and support team members, model company values, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, teammates, and store leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail Sales experience with the ability to connect customer needs to products, drive store performance, and support sales goals.
• Solid Product Knowledge and enthusiasm for apparel, fit, and styling, with a willingness to learn the UNTUCKit assortment and brand story.
• Previous retail, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred, including comfort with opening/closing procedures and basic cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, collaborative, and inclusive approach to teamwork, with a commitment to delivering a welcoming environment for all customers.
