Earnings: $17.50 per hour (Part-Time)

Flexible Hours / No Nights:
You can collaborate to create a schedule that works. No late nights.

Ideal Candidate: 4-hour shifts (10 am - 2 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm). Flexible schedule within 9:30 am to 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm). The first and last week of each month allow up to 40 hours.

• Steady 20 Hours per week. 4-6 hour shifts, 2-4 days, or two 8-hour shifts per week between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends only until 5 pm).

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations; travel between properties as needed.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds for curb appeal.

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service–based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
