Key Responsibilities
  • Participate and occasionally lead activities within shared services in local, area, and division‑wide markets, ensuring accurate tracking and execution of all work functions across markets.
  • Maintain consistent communication with field services management and field representatives, responding within 24 hours of contact.
  • Complete an average of 30 hours of field work per week over a 12‑month period.
  • Keep availability updated and accurate, and fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Lead, install, and build displays, end caps, and fixtures, and maintain displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Lead early projects, overnight and early‑morning installations, and installations involving a team of two or more people, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software teams and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Work independently and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment, completing training and certification programs.
  • Track, manage, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend, holiday, and early‑morning assignments as needed.
  • Schedule and plan hours and locations, accepting and scheduling assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide daily communication, direction, training, and guidance to the team, ensuring job knowledge and role clarity.
  • Contribute to team success by assisting members and ensuring weekly and monthly job timelines are met.
  • Follow up on timelines for accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies with needed corrections.
  • Implement shared services initiatives effectively, aligning with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Travel to all assigned locations within the market and region as required for projects and programs.
  • Support local market and regional teams in executing all projects assigned to the shared services division.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain respectful communication with all team members.
  • Work across all aspects of the company through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved according to shared service field KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to address and correct behaviors, remain open to feedback, and provide solutions and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed; maintain a minimum of 30 hours of field work per month over 12 months.
  • Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to adapt to ever‑changing tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email, responding promptly (typically within 24 hours).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
  • Preferred: installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms and directives.
  • Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data uploads; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 60% of the year; ability to work overnight, early‑morning, and holiday hours.
  • Superior leadership skills, professional communication, presentation skills, sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead a team, foster a result‑driven environment, identify challenges, and communicate solutions and process improvements.
