West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full‑time opening in Portland, OR for Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Responsibilities
  • Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
  • Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers’ storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
  • Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer and petty cash
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, managing customer accounts, and sorting mail/deliveries
  • Maintain property to West Coast’s cleaning & operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
  • Perform other duties assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience
  • Ability to self‑manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
