Assistant Manager Planning

• Global Sales and Retail Operations Teams

• Support sales forecasting across daily, weekly and monthly horizons using trends, promotions and seasonality to guide accurate projections.
• Monitor performance against plan, prior year and forecast identifying risks and opportunities and delivering clear data‑led insights.
• Analyze inventory health including aged stock sell‑through and seasonal performance to inform pricing, transfers and rebalancing decisions.
• Evaluate promotional and event performance measuring sales margin and inventory impact and identifying opportunities for future improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align forecasts, inventory strategies and business priorities while delivering clear reporting and insights that guide decision making.

• Strong knowledge of retail math forecasting principles and key performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling, pivot tables and large dataset analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• University degree in business finance or related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including advanced Excel
• Experience with merchandising or planning systems preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in office collaboration Monday through Thursday
