Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you will represent Samsung’s brand, show knowledge of its devices—phones, tablets, wearables—and help customers choose the right products.

• Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives and achieve sales goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Daily accurate reporting.
• Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas or goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
