Worksource Oregon is helping a local convenience store fill positions for a new store opening in NE Portland. This employer is looking for Cashiers/Fuel Attendants for all shifts.

• We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier/Gas Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and assisting customers both inside the store and at the fuel pumps. Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases, accepting payments, issuing receipts, answering customer inquiries, and providing information about products, promotions, and store locations. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and helping them locate products.
• Operate cash register and process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments and ability to count change back accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, returns, and the sale of restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area and work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with store standards and regulations.

Several positions are available! Salary reviews after 90 days and again at 6 months. Background check is conducted pre-employment.
