Meta Sales Specialist

We are hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to support Meta’s product lineup. Pay is $23.00 per hour.

Weekday: 20 hours – Friday 4:00 pm‑8:00 pm, Saturday 11:00 am‑7:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am‑7:00 pm. Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key shopping days.

• Recommend Meta products to customers based on their needs.
• Act as the go‑to resource for information on Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and other devices.
• Teach retail associates about new AI apps and tools.
• Demonstrate product features and help customers visualize how they can enhance fitness, gaming, entertainment, and more.
• Maintain a clean, organized display and ensure the latest devices and promotions are showcased.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports via mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and store leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Work primarily during high‑traffic weekend shifts, but also be available for up to three weekday shifts a month.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone compatible with iOS 11 or Android S25.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, lift up to 20 lb occasionally.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
