** Guest Specialist

** What You’ll Do
** You’ll be the hub of the salon — supporting guests, stylists, and operations with professionalism and warmth.
** Daily Responsibilities:
*** Welcome and check in guests
* Make sales offerings and recommendations
* Answer phones & assist with scheduling
* Support stylists and guests throughout the day
* Organize and maintain retail shelves
* Handle point-of-sale transactions
* Keep the salon tidy, clean, and inviting
* Multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Provide clear, friendly communication
* Show up reliably and on time##

** Scheduling
* ** We need full and part time staff, 20–40 hours per week
* Must have some scheduling flexibility. We are open 7 days a week from morning till night.
* We will ask you to commit to a schedule for your first 90 days.

Sales experience is helpful but
** not required** — we’ll train you. What matters most is kindness, presence, reliability, and the desire to make people feel amazing.##
