Golden Grail Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support operations at one of our cannabis dispensaries. This hands-on leadership role focuses on training, coaching, compliance, and sales execution in collaboration with the Store Manager.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, monitor regulatory compliance, mentor team members, help with scheduling and labor management, and drive customer-focused service and store promotions.
