Pacific Coast Fruit Company is a local, family-owned produce distributor that has proudly served our Pacific Northwest retail, wholesale and food service customers since 1977. We are now one of the largest independent produce distributors in the Northwest with distribution centers in Portland, Oregon and Seattle (Kent), Washington.

What you'll do...Depending on the day of the week, make an average of 7 to 15 deliveries

Thoroughly check every order that is being delivered for accurate piece count and damage

Deliver the shipment to the proper location within the customer's facility

Bring all order irregularities (quality issues, returns, etc.) to the attention of the receiving personnel and complete a signed manifest prior to departure

In some cases when delivering specific commodities within a stores location, not only deliver the product but merchandise and take orders in store for the following days delivery

What we look for...A clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stack/unstack product on pallets

Ability to work some weekends and holidays

Passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English in order to understand and process paperwork.
