Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle special orders and outside purchases according to procedure;
Process retail returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper payment methods;
Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clocking in/out according to policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits and building, and secure vehicle(s);
All other duties as assigned
