Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money and deposits;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers are processed in a timely manner and communicate shipments to customers;
Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly;
Ensure that merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that stock/merchandising tasks are delegated and completed
