As a Lobby Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face of Washman, helping customers with purchases, memberships, and transactions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude
• Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit, memberships, gift cards)
• Provide information about services, specials, and memberships
• Assist customers with questions and ensure a great experience
• Handle lobby phone, incoming emails, and customers in a timely fashion and with professionalism
• Keep the lobby clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Work closely with team members and management to meet daily goals

• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Cash handling or cashier experience a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
