Summary

The Lingerie Retail Sales role provides personalized fit and styling guidance to customers through in-store and digital interactions, with a focus on bra fittings and intimate apparel expertise. The salesperson builds lasting customer relationships, meets sales goals, and supports a customer-ready department. Training is provided on product knowledge and fitting techniques.

• Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style recommendations in the fitting room.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up via in-store and digital channels.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media.
• Support merchandising duties such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Empathy, sensitivity, and commitment to body-positive fittings for diverse customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and willingness to learn product and fitting techniques.
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
