- ** JOB PURPOSE
** To support the Graduate School’s recruitment, engagement, and student experience efforts by serving as a welcoming and informed resource for prospective and current graduate students.  
** PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY
*** Must be comfortable having photo, name, and bio published on GSEC website and in promotional materials and communications
* Must be comfortable creating and/or appearing in video to be posted on our website and other media platforms.

* Cover letter, uploaded  
** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Support the office of Admissions and Student Support Services in our recruitment and outreach efforts including, but not limited to:
* Engaging with prospective students and families through campus tours, email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
* Supporting Graduate School Admissions Information Sessions and student ambassador-led events
* Representing the Graduate School in promotional photos, video testimonials, website content, publications, and other media as needed.
* Assisting with planning student support events and activities that foster community and respond to graduate student needs and interests.
* Providing ideas and feedback to enhance the experience of prospective and current graduate students.  
** SCHEDULE
* ** 15 hours/month, approximately 3-4 hours per week
* Designed to fit alongside your class schedule each term, with the goal of scheduling hours around times you’re already planning to be on campus.
* On occasion, may be asked to work evenings and/or weekends  
** RATE OF PAY*** $16.80 / hour
